so today. i knew it was going to suck because i'm super stressed and busy today. 130 this morning though. so an ok start. i had a little corn tortilla taco thing, coffee and soy milk, a vegan scone, nachos (but really more like chips and salsa since no cheese or sour cream...), a granola bar, a small jamba juice, an avocado sandwich & salad, and then (and this is the part that sucks since it's late) some soy milk and frozen blueberries. and i didn't have time to work out. but i'm trying to cut myself some slack since my brain is all fucked up. okkk.
